1. Eligibility

The Site and Event are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Event Registration and Tickets

A. Registration

To attend the Reinvention Summit, you must complete registration through the Site and pay all applicable fees. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

B. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from Glenn Llopis Group. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of your registration without refund.

C. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except in the following circumstances:

• The Event is cancelled by the Company and not rescheduled
• A documented medical emergency prevents attendance, subject to review and Company approval

In the event of a cancellation by the Company, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

A. Consent

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Glenn Llopis Group at the time of registration or through our website, you consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from us. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing a ticket or attending the Event.

B. Program Description

Our SMS program delivers messages related to: event logistics, schedule reminders, exclusive content, promotional announcements, and updates about future programs from Glenn Llopis Group and the Conviction Institute.

C. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation. You will not receive further messages unless you choose to re-subscribe. To re-subscribe, text START or contact us at support@glennllopisgroup.com.

D. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your registration status and the event cycle. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

E. No Guarantee of Delivery

We do not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered in a timely manner or at all. Delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of telecommunications carriers. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Submit false or misleading registration information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure
• Disrupt or interfere with the Site's functionality or security
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without our written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, event materials, presentations, and the Leadership in the Age of Personalization (LAOP) methodology, is the property of Glenn Llopis Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content or Event materials without our express written consent.

6. Event Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior without refund.

By attending, you grant Glenn Llopis Group permission to photograph or record the Event and to use your likeness in marketing and promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to the Event.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the Event format, speakers, schedule, or venue with reasonable notice. If the Event is postponed, registered attendees will be notified and offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a credit toward a future event.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Event following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
